Florida and beyond

Smaller in scale. Not in feeling.

Intimate weddings, close-family elopements, twenty-guest dinners, and the quiet ceremonies that close with no audience but the photographer.

Some of the weddings John photographs are not, by any measure, large. A judge in a garden. A family of twelve around one long table. A bride and groom walking out of a chapel to two witnesses and a photographer. The pictures from these days are no less considered, often more so.

These pages collect that work. Smaller venues, shorter days, less production, and the same observational eye John brings to every commission.

John books a small number of commissions each year.
